Convenient location near main square and gardens. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Delicious food and generous portions at nearby restaurant. Beautifully decorated room with comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. Lovely receptionist and enjoyable breakfast in room. Highly recommend for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Krakow.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the city, just off the main square. The value for money is outstanding, with affordable prices and attention to detail in every aspect. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with modern furnishings, a comfortable bed, and even a pull-down bed for extra guests. The basic amenities are all provided, including air conditioning/heating. Additionally, the breakfast served here is simply delicious.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - it's so close to the main square in the old town. The hotel facilities were great, especially the common kitchen which was well-equipped. The staff were friendly and even helped me with my luggage. The hotel was very clean and the shower was lovely.
